We are happy to accept returns. If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to include the receipt or packing slip. 

Defective, Damaged Items, or Wrong Item Sent
Please inspect your order upon delivery and email [email protected] with pictures and a description if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you receive a damaged or defective item you must return the product in unused condition. We will provide you with a return label. 

For items that you changed your mind on or no longer need, you may still return it for a full refund, however you must provide your own return shipping.  

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will refund your original payment method within 1-2 business days of receiving your returned merchandise. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
