Transit Time
All USA orders ship with USPS or UPS. International orders are shipped via Global Post with various carriers. Orders ship within 2 business days. Most standard low-volume orders placed before noon Monday-Friday (non-holiday) Central Standard Time are dispersed to USPS and UPS the same day. Tracking info will be emailed to you when the shipping label is created. Estimated shipping times at checkout are based on the date the package is accepted by the carrier. Delivery estimates provided by USPS and UPS are not guaranteed delivery dates, but we do ship as quickly as possible. 

FREE Shipping on USA orders over $50
Spend $50 on eligible products and receive free shipping for orders shipped within the USA! (All 50 states). Packages will be shipped USPS or UPS based on lowest shipping costs at the time of your order. Please include a message in the checkout comments if you have a carrier preference. You will receive a tracking confirmation email once the order is shipped.

International Shipping and customs
Yes!  We ship Internationally! Depending on location, international customers may be responsible for duties/customs fees upon receipt. 

Calculating Shipping Rates
Shipping rates and dates are based on your shipping address. At checkout, you will see an estimated shipping or delivery date after you enter your address. For USA customers ordering multiples/bulk, a flat rate shipping option is available. This will ship with USPS or UPS.

After you order
Our estimated shipping times are based on the current information we have from USPS and UPS. We provide tracking numbers to track the shipping on every order and a tracking link was mailed to you when your order shipped.  Please contact us if you need this info sent again. If you order an item that will be delayed or out of stock, we will notify you as quickly as possible with a new delivery date or replacement/refund options. 

Lost or Delayed shipments
We ship every order within 2 business days, but cannot foresee delivery delays or guarantee delivery dates. Expedited shipping options are available if you need your shipment fast. If your package arrives too late for your project/event, we are happy to accept returns.  Please see our returns page for more information. 

For packages lost or stalled in transit, please contact us, we're happy to help! We encourage you to reach out to your local USPS post office or UPS with the package tracking info (in your order confirmation email) and request a missing mail search. Once a missing mail search is initiated with the carrier, and has no new transit information/scans within 5 business days, we will work with you to determine whether a refund or replacement is needed. We love talking to our customers, and are happy to assist in locating lost or delayed packages, but we do not have access to additional information other than what USPS or UPS can provide you. We appreciate your patience during times when delivery services are known to be slow, especially during holidays.
